Principal Investigator: Eric Mazur
We study the dynamics of molecules, chemical reactions, and condensed matter on very short timescales — down to femtoseconds (millionths of billionths of a second).
It can be anything from coding to simulation and theory, to experimental work, to nano fabrication.
We adapt to the skill set of any intern joining the group!
If they join early, they either continue in the group or try working for a different faculty member. If they graduate, they either go to graduate school or a range of different employment opportunities.
Time Commitment
We never count hours as it is not the quantity, but the quality of work that counts. We see internships as an educational opportunity — what you put in is directly proportional to what you get out.
